How to Make Ginger Lemon Cinnamon Tea For Weight Loss

This warm drink made with fresh gingerzesty lemon, and sweet cinnamon is more than just tasty. It’s packed with nutrients that help boost your metabolism, improve digestion, reduce bloating, and support weight loss.

Ingredients
  

  • 350 g fresh ginger root sliced or grated/blended
  • 4 lemons juiced
  • 1 cinnamon stick or 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 litre water
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon honey or natural sweetener

Equipment

  • Saucepan or Pot/kettle
  • Measuring tools
  • Fine mesh strainer or Cheese clothe.
  • Mug or teacup

Method
 

  1. Step-by-Step Instructions – PREPARATION.
  2. Heat the water: bring to a gentle boil.
  3. Add blended ginger & Lemon skin, let simmer 10–15 minutes medium heat.
  4. Five mins before its ready: add cinnamon powder, if using sticks add together with step 2.
  5. Turn off the heat, let it sit 2 minutes.
  6. Strain into your Neat bowl
  7. Add fresh lemon juice. Mix together.
  8. Stir in honey if needed. Optional
  9. Optionally garnish with lemon slices or cinnamon stick.
  10. Serve hot or cold as you prefer, best recommended warm.
  11. Spice it with fresh turmeric.
  12. Add mint, cayenne, green tea, apple cider vinegar, or orange slices.
