Heat the water: bring to a gentle boil.
Add blended ginger & Lemon skin, let simmer 10–15 minutes medium heat.
Five mins before its ready: add cinnamon powder, if using sticks add together with step 2.
Turn off the heat, let it sit 2 minutes.
Strain into your Neat bowl
Add fresh lemon juice. Mix together.
Stir in honey if needed. Optional
Optionally garnish with lemon slices or cinnamon stick.
Serve hot or cold as you prefer, best recommended warm.
Spice it with fresh turmeric.
Add mint, cayenne, green tea, apple cider vinegar, or orange slices.
